Maha Sbihi
A few years ago, I moved to Germany to pursue my studies in engineering and explore my interest in Technology and healthcare.
Currently, I am completing my Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering at the FAU with a focus on medical imaging, computer science, and electrical engineering. During my studies, I worked for one and a half year as a working student at Siemens Healthineers, where I gained practical insight into the medical technology industry. Medical robotics is a field that has always interested me, which is why I decided to write my bachelor’s thesis at the AIROB lab, where I will work on a virtual reality-based system for screen guided training of myoelectric prothesis control, focusing on the development of a virtual ground-truth simulator with the integration of biosignals such as sEMG and ultrasound.
