Software Development Student Assistant

The Assistive Intelligent ROBotics (AIROB) chair seeks a Student Assistant (HiWi) for Software Development. The work will mainly focus on multiplatform Software development within the .NET and .NET MAUI frameworks for the chair’s internally used code base.  The position will be paid according to the university payment table (https://www.qm.wiso.rw.fau.de/files/2024/05/Verguetungstabelle_HK_01.04.2024.pdf).

Your profile should include:

  • Enrolled student at FAU in a Masters Degree or higher Semester Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Medical Engineering, AI or related fields
  • Advanced Coding Skills preferably in C# and Python
  • First experiences in frontend and backend programming
  • Technical documentation and code versioning (git)

Additional skills:

  • Experience with .NET and .NET MAUI
  • Experience in Application Design
  • Knowledge of Software Design theorems (SOLID, MVVM, etc.)
